GP di Spagna: Red Bull avanti nelle libere

Sebastian Vettel è stato il più veloce al termine delle 2 sessioni di prove libere del GP di Spagna, quinta gara del Mondiale di Formula 1, sul circuito di Barcellona.

Il pilota tedesco della Red Bull ha ottenuto il miglior crono in 1'19"965, precedendo il compagno Mark Webber di circa 2/10, a riprova del potenziale della vettura anche su questo tracciato. Dietro di loro bene Michael Schumacher, che con una Mercedes rinnovata nell'aerodinamica è finalmente davanti a Rosberg, 7°. Molto meglio rispetto alla mattina la Ferrari, che ha continuato a testare l'efficacia dell' F-Duct, con Alonso 4° davanti ad Hamilton che aveva dominato la mattinata. Massa è 8°, bene anche Kubica, 6° con la Renault, mentre in ombra nel pomeriggio Button, 9°. La seconda sessione ha visto anche Hulkenberg protagonista di un'uscita di pista, con conseguente schianto sulle barriere di pneumatici, per fortuna senza danni al pilota. Domattina ultimo turno di prove libere, e alle 14 le qualifiche ufficiali.

The German driver of Red Bull has set the fastest lap in 1'19"965, ahead the team mate Mark Webber of about 2/10, demonstrating the potential of the car on this track.
